Heavy full feeling
You know when you hold your pee a really long time and it just aches and then when you pee you still kinda feel heavy/full down low lol that how I feel today. Sitting, bending, going to stand all hurts. I had a positive opk yesterday so I’m ovulating today or I might have even ovulated yesterday just based on symptoms and cramping.
