First time questions

So I’m 4 weeks and 1 day very early in pregnancy. And I’m so worried. How do I know everything’s okay until I go to the doctor November 11th? Is uncomfortable cramping okay? It doesn’t really hurt. There are some here and there that hurt but very rarely. I just want to know my baby’s okay and this doctors appointment is forever away. 😭😭😭
