What do I realistically need to pack? Please help!

FTM. I am having a scheduled c section so I will be in the hospital 4-5 days.  Do I need baby outfits or just a going home outfit?  Will she just be swaddled every day or should I bring pajamas?  Pants for her seem unrealistic right? I have a photo op outfit and a going home outfit but for the days what are realistic must haves?  Thank you in advance!!

I didnt pur clothes on my first born until the day we left I kept her naked wrapped up in the hospital blankets it was easier because nurses kept coming in checking her temperature in her arm pit so I found it less disruptive for her if she was naked they could sneakily do it while she was asleep instead of undressing her first snd it made it super easy to do skin to skin all the time

$6 dollar moo moos from Wal-Mart saved me. I had an emergency C section with my first and I so glad I had these. Socks with grip, and .88 cent granny panties man! Phone charger, tooth brush, etc. My daughter was in the NICU for 7 days amd the only outfit she wore was when we went home. The hospital had everything else! Take care of yourself! Good luck!

Realistically you don’t need a whole bunch of things for baby. I would bring a few outfits and swaddler. They have everything else. 
However I’d be more prepared for yourself. I would make sure you have loose fitting pants that pull up high (maternity pants work great), night gowns, and panties you can pull up over your incision. I was an unexpected csection with my second. I was totally not prepared. You will probably need this wardrobe for at least 6 weeks.

I’m not having a c section well that I know of anything can happen but I did pick baby clothes something cozy for the baby , some onesies just in case never hurts to be extra prepared !! Good luck
