Alright guys. I know exactly what I need to do to loose weight. I’m even pretty good at it, when I’m on. However, I feel so mentally exhausted with everything I need to accomplish that I can’t seem to get my head in the game. I know a large part is I don’t sleep enough but I don’t see that changing in the near future so, what tips do you guys have to help me focus my mind?
