Been fucking this guy for some time and were good friends. Thats besides the point. Its always “hey” or “hey how are you” lol i want to spice it up
The only example i could come up with was 
Ex: “hey big head” 
But idk if guys like to be called that lol
Like something better than “sup bitch” (not that ive ever used that)

I don't think I would call a guy big head. Having a big head is a metaphor for being overly cocky and sure of one's self. Having a big head is not a compliment referring to one's penis.
I think "Hey, how are you" is perfectly sufficient for someone you're just hitting up for the booty call. Don't over think or put so much effort into booty calls. That's how feelings get caught.
