Swelling?

So my boyfriend went down on me a few hours ago. And he went to town and sucked hard and a lot. And I loved every minute of it. But now I’m pretty swollen and it kind of stings to move or sit. It’s happened before, just never this much. Does anyone have any tips on how to relieve it a bit? Does Advil work? I have a test for school in a few hours and I have to walk to minutes to get there which sounds incredibly uncomfortable. I can’t even wear underwear
