Dull ache
I'm 4+3 and have been experiencing a dull ache almost constantly in the left had side of my pelvic region. Is this just the baby implanting deeper and my utereus stretching or could it be something more sinister? I've already had 3 miscarriages at various stages this year and feeling very anxious that something will go wrong this pregnancy too. I've not has any sickness or bleeding.
