TMI!! sTD?

Okay so first thing I know, go to the doctor. I am. When they open in an hour. But okay anyways; last week I noticed it hurt when I went pee (thought it was the start of a UTI so I started drinking more water and stuff, problem went away working like 2-3 days. Then my long term SO and I had sex on Sunday and come Monday morning I woke up with this little sore on me. Then today I woke up and there were clear blisters around the initial sore. I’ve been tested but it was more than a year ago and I’ve never had any problems like this before. I don’t plan to bring it up to him until I get results at the doctor but I forsure don’t think he’s cheating on me. Could one of us had something and it just now arise?

Well guys.. it is herpes. Now how do I go about bringing this up to my SO?

It could be but also could be from shaving. I’ve gotten irritations from that that were similar. I know friends who have herpes and they said when it first happened there was no question what it was. Keep us posted how things go.

Looks like it’s possible that it is a cold sore which is a type of herpies but extremely mild and easy to treat. This doesn’t mean that he could’ve cheated on you, if you have had oral sex with him and he had a cold sore on his face or a cut in this mouth it can transfer to you. If there wasn’t any oral sex then it is possible that if he doesn’t have any symptoms that he is a carrier of the disease. But definitely confront him after you know the actual results.

That may be irritation from shaving but it also looks like hsv1 virus it’s a type of herpes you can get meds for it but sadly if that’s what it is there’s not a cure for it, it’s very very common it can be in someone’s system and them honestly not even know about it until the spots appear they are most commonly found above the waste but like already said in the comments it could have been passed through oral, a cold sore could have been the start of the flare up, avoid sexual contact until you get the results just to be safe.
