Changing workouts in the 3rd trimester.
Hi ladies
I'll be 28weeks on friday.... used to doing a lot of physical stuff pre and durong the earlier part of my pregnancy... used to ride horses competitively and have have been ridong up until 2 weeks ago as it started to become a little bit less comfortable and awkward to get on and off... still doong physical labour at the stables etc....
Used to be a total gym bunny bit not over the last few months.... thinking of getting back on the cross trainer and lifting some light weights.... what are people's thoughts on this?
