What do they feel like to you guys ? To me they feel like a period cramp that’s lasts about 1 minute! Usually I only get one or two noticeable ones a day!

I get a tightening in my abdomen and then an intense need to urinate

Feel like a tightening in my lower abdomen. My belly gets very hard. It’s not comfortable at all... but there’s no pain. I don’t think there’s suppose to be painful.

Tightening in my lower abdomen that slowly spreads throughout. They usually last 30 seconds to a minute and are very slightly painful.
