So this might be an odd post, but my two month old has a very chubby neck. He is bottle fed, and because of that, the formula runs out of his mouth and down into the little fat fold of his chin/neck. I try to wipe it away before it goes that far but sometime i dont catch it in time. The problem is, is that in some places it looks like his neck has been rubbed raw and is red. Its a huge battle even trying to clean the area. He screams and cries and im not sure how to get the area to heal. Is there anything i could put on the skin that is safe and will promote healing?
