Is anyone else nervous about 12 week ultrasound results?

Everything seemed to be fine at the appointment today but I just can't help but worry 
 Since the ultrasound tech can't really say anything.   Does this ultrasound picture look normal ?

While ultrasound tech cant aay anything to you, the doctor SHOULD take you in their office and explain the NT ultrasound.  
Mine was explained immediately after.  
This is my NT ultrasound at 12 weeks.
Liquid and space between babys neck, was normal. All measurements were on track. all organs were developing normally. Heartbeat normal, movements normal. Weight normal. Etc etc etc.
Ultrasound took 45 minutes. Docor explaining results right after, took 15 minutes. 
I left with no worries whatsoever.
Shes 2 years old now.

Is anyone else nervous about 12 week ultrasound results?
