I had sex a day after my period but now i’m bleeding again

i had sex a day after my period had gone off. During sex my partner and i noticed that i had started to bleed again but heavier than spotting. Today i’m still bleeding and now my stomach has started to cramp and feel as if i’m still on my period . is this normal ?
