Nervous about baby shower

My baby shower is this Saturday and I was casually looking at my registry this morning and noticed that hardly anything has been purchased. And of what has been, I know it's mostly from one of my sisters. Do people normally wait until the last minute for this kind of stuff or should I be prepared to buy A LOT afterwards?

Getting anything is honestly a blessing but I was really expecting a little more as this is the first grand baby on both sides and literally everyone has been asking me what I need.
