What are a few things you stay at home moms do for a bit of extra income? 
I've been wanting to start a photography portfolio & Start doing that in my home, professionally, aslo selling authentic mexican food in time for winter...is it Worth it? Is it a waste of money to invest in this?

Do you want honesty about photography? It takes a LOT of work. In my area a million people think that they are photographers and that hurts real businesses and people with talent. There will always be someone better than you, someone cheaper, and tough clientele. It has to be something you LOVE. You pour yourself into the work. It is so much more than good equipment. 
Now Mexican food, you can make out of your own kitchen and take orders online & I would so buy that.

Please do not just start doing photography and charging any kind of money if you’re not a professional. I’m a published photographer and so many stay at home moms with cameras think they’re a photographer because they got a new dslr. Stick to something you know. Or if it’s something you love then go to college and take some courses and build a portfolio without charging! Getting good and finding the editing technique or style that fits you can also take years. Yes photography can make you money, IF you’re amazing and charge like it. Not undercutting the next person in town just to make a little extra money. And at the end of the day it’s pretty much what it will be for you. A very small and meaningless bit of money because you won’t be able to charge more until you’re worth more.

I did a photography course at uni for 3 years, and it's more to then just have a DSLR camera, and equipment, it takes a lot of skill and hard work, and knowing which lens to use, there's a lot of theory from doing photography, so it really does have to be something you love otherwise you may not have a good outcome

I teach English online. It’s super flexible, I set my own schedule. I work in the mornings while my kids are asleep and then at night after I put them to bed so I have all day to spend with them.
