The very last time I’ll be 6 weeks PP!! 🙌🏽
6 weeks postpartum today & officially approved to work out!!! I can’t wait to hit the treadmill tomorrow!!! Run Time!! This is my 3rd baby (& Final) my skin is very different this time. I’m worried its stretched out and wont bounce back, anyone have any tips/suggestions? Lotions? Creams? Exercises?
P.s. I’m sooooooooo flippin in love with my little man!!!! 😭
