Please don’t judge me!

I’m 12 weeks pregnant and since yesterday I’ve been having cramps like period like cramps and I’m just so scared because I had a miscarriage in January and I’ve been praying and putting my all into keeping this baby and me as healthy as possible. My last pregnancy lasted only 5wks so I’ve never gotten this far. Is this normal ?they really feel like period cramps in my abdomen and they went from light to hurting but not that bad. I am not bleeding and showing no signs of blood 😩can somebody please help me or tell me if this is normal 😔I really don’t want to have another miscarriage .
