Hello ladies, hope ur pregnancies are all going well 💕 just had a question anyone else experience thigh pains? Its still early but i have been getting aches in my upper thigh and leg, dr said it seems like muscles are stretching! I dont wanna tke anything for it so is there anything i can use like a hot water bottle? Or heat compressor to ease the pain? Its not too bad all the time on and off especially if i sleep on that side - btw im 6 weeks.
