Castor oil = beautiful hair?

Hi ladies do any of you know if it's safe to apply castor oil to the scalp during pregnancy?. I am 25 weeks pregnant and my hair can really use something to make it stronger and thicker. With my last child I lost a ton of hair after baby was born and I've heard this can help

I don't believe topical use of castor oil on your hair would impact your pregnancy, you can always ask your OBS for their opinion on using it topically. From what I've read only internal ingestion is where people have issues. 
Side note my hair was falling out (for other reasons) and I started using a castor oil hair mask with extra ingredients I added and my hair has significantly improved in strength and tame-ability (curly frizzy hair over here) in combination of a few other things. We can definitely chat about the steps I took to get here if you're interested. 😊
