UTI or something else..

I got a UTI while on vacation last week after having sex and ended up going to the doctor Monday to get an antibiotic, every since I have been on the antibiotic, I’ve had this chunky discharge that only occurs in the morning. My question is, can a UTI cause discharge or have I developed a yeast infection as well? I don’t have an STD because my doctor said I did not, I just have a pretty bad UTI.
