Spotting

Just curious how many woman felt with spotting during the first few weeks of pregnancy? Last tuesday my HCG was 23 yesterday is was 393!! It’s doubling. My period was supposed to be last Friday and of course I was so glad it didn’t come because we are pregnant! But just want some insight we have had three miscarriages so it alarms me. I went to the ER and they said I was okay.
