Any ideas?

(Okayy im posting this to get everyones thoughts on what this may be, i will be going to the doctor either way so stops telling me to do so please. Im just wondering if anyone knows what this might be?) Does anyone know what this could be? It started showing a day or so ago and it itches (iv been tryin to keep my self from scratching it) i thought it was a ring worm or something but im not sure, does anyone else know what it could be and how to get rid of it?

I just noticed that it is spreading, its starting to show a lil lower on my knee as you see below
