Is spotting normal? I’ve just finished my period a few days ago and then today I noticed a little bit of spotting I’m on the pill but haven’t been taking it at the right time cause of different finish times at work could that be why I’m spotting?

Yes. Set an alarm on your phone to make sure you're taking them at the same time. If your aren't taking them within an hour of your scheduled time then your protection will also be compromised.
