When to have sex

7th month trying. I did fertility check and all is healthy and no issues. Every cycle have tried having sex every other day and some
Cycles once I get positive OPK 3 days in a row and skip one day and then again. Should I continue just having sex every other day this month?

I would start doing it every day.  I read that the chances of getting pregnant are highest w that.  We started first cycle mostly just fertile window but were changing to every day.  This is our second cycle.

I’m in the same boat. I had a friend that told me we were having too much sex so his sperm count was not good quality. She told me to try to only have sex once during my ovulation and buy the ovulation test kits and see when I am ovulating also she said that we should abstain from having sex or her ejaculating for a min of 3 days so that when we do have intercourse it would be a greater chance because he would not be shooting on a empty tank.
