I want to loose 30-40 lbs

Ok girls I need some suggestions. I weight around 160-165. I'm around 5'3. My goal weight is 120-130.

Help me loose weight! Exercises to do daily. *I do not exercise at all rn* What kind of foods to eat/not eat. I do not eat fish...Maybe tuna every once and a while. I've heard of cutting dairy/wheat/gluten stuff like that.

Please help me. I live in SD so it's hard to go outside and walk cuz it's gonna be cold af soon with tons of snow so indoor exercise are best.
