Is this a positive??

Hi!!!! I am 24 years old and my husband and I have been trying for three months. I kept getting low fertility reads with my clear blue advanced opk- so I decided to take a pregnancy test and an ovulation test today as it is 7 days before my period is supposed to arrive and I still hadn’t had a positive ovulation test. Here are my results: peak fertility on ovulation and pregnancy test with a faint but for sure two lines for a positive. Posting pics of both. What are your thoughts??? I almost don’t want to get my hopes up.
