I’m having anxiety

I had a miscarriage in August at 8 weeks and 4 days. I’m pregnant again and I’m 9 weeks and 2 days. My first pregnancy the baby stopped growing by 7 weeks and 4 days. I’m worried what if my baby stopped growing? I haven’t had any bleeding at all and my cramps stopped awhile back. I don’t have any other symptoms. My next appointment is November 14 at 12 weeks. 😞
