Already lactating??

I’m 29 weeks (tomorrow) and I woke up this morning with my shirt soaked in colostrum/milk. Is leaking that much at this point normal??

Yes totally normal! This is my fourth pregnancy and with my last two I started really early I never fully dried up after my last baby and my 2 year old cried the other day and I had a let down and I won’t be 28 weeks until tomorrow.

I’m 29 weeks 2 days and I’ve been leaking for about a month and each day it seems to increase. I’ve wondered if it was normal too!?

I started slightly leaking around 19 weeks. My shirts have sometimes dime sized wet spots when I wake up now at 28 weeks. The more hydrated you are, the more you may leak. Funny story, my daughter is 3. She had a full blown meltdown last week. Well my boobs thought it was go time. I had over a grapefruit sized wet spot on my shirt!

This might be TMI but when my bf sucks on my boobs he always says theirs milk and this started about 6weeks ago. But I still haven't had any leaking yet. 🤔

I’ve been leaking since 23 weeks! Very normal! Just don’t pump! 
If you experience pain and fullness you can lightly hand express the colostrum 🙂 or take a warm shower!

I’ve been lactating since 22 weeks and I’m 29 weeks now. I usually have golf ball size (maybe a little bigger sometimes) wet spots on my shirt when i wake up in the morning at least a couple nights a week. This is normal as long as it’s not a TON leaking.
