Best places to shop for fall/winter ?

Hi! I'm wondering which stores are the best for shopping for fall/winter clothes. I'm 13, 4'10.6", and am pretty thin. Anyone got any suggestions? I'm tired of nothing fitting me. Im okay with the oversized look by the way.
