Feeling weird

Katy • Fri, Oct 26 • Pregnant with my first, baby boy, due December 3rd! My rainbow baby🌈 Married 3 years

I’m 34 weeks and the past couple days I’m so lethargic I can barely get off the couch/out of bed, I’m lightheaded and my head hurts, everything aches, and I feel my heart pounding and I just feel weird. I feel like something is off. Anyone else experience this and can give insight? I can’t put it into words but it’s different than normal pregnancy symptoms I’ve had.
