Potty training !?

My friends baby is 15 months and fully potty trained .. I want to start to potty train my baby now idk how to start any tips? And when are you going to start potty training? Any other experiences you’d like to share please do so

I read somewhere babies can’t actually hold their poop fully until the age of 2... I won’t be trying until 19 months.

Yaaaa I waited till all my kids were 2 1/2-3. And they were all trained 100% within 4 days.

I put my 12 month old on the potty before bathing her. She used to poop in the tub allll the time but now I can usually get her to go on the potty. With that being said, this is only to get her acquainted with the potty. I won’t be trying to potty train until she can walk and tell me when she needs to go.
