UPDATE 10/30

I was indeed pregnant- my blood levels showed I was 3 weeks pregnant when I took this test. Which, I was actually four weeks at that time. So unfortunately it was foreshadowing of what was to come.

10/26 Faint line on FRER one day after AF was due with not very concentrated middle of the night urine. Never have I ever had an evap In. My. Life. Only stark BFN’s or lines. After four pregnancies, I knew something was up with me.

10/26 EDIT: Thank you for your words of encouragement. If you are able to lift baby and me in prayer, I would be forever grateful. I am having some worrisome brown spotting that I’ve never experienced before. I appreciate you gals.

10/28 EDIT: Unfortunately, I started to bleed red blood 2 days after the faint positive test. I believe this was a chemical pregnancy. This will make my third loss, but first chemical pregnancy. I’m disappointed. Mostly frustrated because my pregnancy symptoms are so strong. I’m currently breastfeeding one under one, so maybe that is contributing to my nausea and other symptoms. Let me just say that I know that I am ultimately blessed with two healthy children and so grateful, despite this early loss. Thank you for all of your help and kind words, ladies.

UPDATE 10/29 I’ve been bleeding heavily with cramps and the whole nine yards for the past two days. I’m certain this was a chemical pregnancy because I’m certain I was pregnant. My body tells me right away now when I’m pregnant. I’m waiting on a call from my OB regarding my hcg and progesterone lab work from three days ago. For what it’s worth, we were not trying to conceive. My husband and I were using withdrawal. This is the second time we’ve gotten pregnant from withdrawal (first was postpartum and this time was two cycles after a missed miscarriage). Hubs has super sperm!😂 As much as I’d love another baby, I don’t believe that an implanted egg would have survived after the cramping and bleeding I experienced. It seems to be the norm for my body to have lingering pregnancy symptoms after miscarrying and that’s what I’m still experiencing now. Thank you again for all of your comments and suggestions!🙏🏼 I’ll update doctor’s comments soon, for those who are interested.
