Appetite?

What are you ladies doing about no appetite? I want to puke thinking of eating anything. Nothing ever sounds good or even decent to eat.

Pretty much the same. I just force myself to eat something most of the time its something that just sounds ok. No strong cravings yet.

I don’t eat much, my doctor isn’t considered about it as long as I’m getting calories by drinking things. I try to start the day with toast to help with the vomiting and then a fruit smoothie

This sounds like my last pregnancy. Honestly I lived off of about 5 different foods that I could tolerate.
