So I’m currently doing a 2 hr job just monitoring kids while on their recess. I just started last month, however the school district is changing it from where all you had to do was apply and after your paperwork’s processed, you start working.

However now they’re changing it to where it’s a full time position, I’d have to re-apply and do a structured interview in front of a room of principals and whatever other applicants.

Would you go through the process of doing all that just for 2 hours a day?

They give you benefits but that’s only for working 4 hrs or more and I’d need a valid cpr/first aid certificate which I don’t have
