When I was about 20-21 I went to my family doc. explaining I had left side cramps for a few days every month. He made me take an Ultrasound and he concluded it could be gases trying to come out got stuck. I've never had gone to a gyno until I was 28yrs since I became sexually active by age 27. But thinking back now, they were cramps during ovulation, because I do get them from time to time. Talk about not being informed!!!
