Yes, I would tell her. I would want someone to let me know, no matter how embarrassing it is. It’s better than to continue letting someone be talked about. She may have had a less than 5 minutes to pee and had to get back to work. You never know what someone is going through and even that little bit of help could make their day go better. It would make me think “wow! Someone actually cared enough to even tell me.” 
I mean I’m a little dramatic, but you just never know how a simple gesture can make someone’s day better.
