I do it all the time just lay a towel down and use a condom, you’ll be fine and no it’s not bad

No. It’s all about personal preference. Some like it, some don’t, and there’s nothing wrong with either preference.

It is your choice some people might like having sex on their period some may not I don't think any of those choices are wrong.

The first couple days I feel icky and dont want to, anything after that we use the shower or if I'm really light or on my last day use the bed and a towel. Nothing wrong with not wanting sex on your period, personal preference.
