Bloody discharge

I have been having minor cramps and I just had my period am actually on my ovulation days. I had intercourse yesterday it was normal nothing rough. But today and for about a week now I been having heavy but clear discharges until today, I wiped after using the washroom and I had red bright blood in my discharge. What does this mean?
