My dr said drink 2 bottles of water in 5 minutes and lay down. If they don’t ease up in an hour call them.

This was mine from the other day..I thought I was going to the hospital but they eased up..on Tuesday at my 33 week appointment he checked my cervix and I was 1cm dilated but this is my 2nd baby

If I’m reading this right , does your phone say your having contractions every 10 minutes for 1 minute each time ? If so I would definitely give your ob or midwife a call.
