Tummy discomfort please help

For the past few days I've had a cramping sensation (like period cramps) and today im quite gassy and also had a bit of diarrhoea this morning (sorry tmi.) The cramping could be ovulation pain but should i get it checked out? Could it be a symptom of ovarian cysts or something serious? (I get 'ovulation pains'every month btw) i have bad health anxiety and am just worried
