I'm excited to be pregnant with my rainbow but I'm dealing with a major trigger.Every time i shower I have anxiety or panic bc with my one living child I gushed blood while in the shower & feared the worst but it turned out ok but with my last pregnancy that ended at 17 weeks with my lil angel boy I had just finished shower when I felt a pinch and then a pop as my water broke.Now I'm constantly worried that this pregnancy will go bad and being in the shower is were it'll happen.Do you all have triggers like this ? How do you cope?Id like to enjoy my pregnancy but I'm so anxious
