so recently, my boyfriend has been asking me to “tell him what i’m thinking about,” during sexual moments, and asking me to say sexual things to him when i think of them. the only problem is, when he asks my brain just goes into fetal position and shuts down lol. just tonight we were talking about it and i just can’t get myself to, he’s trying to help me with it but i just feel like i can’t. i think about saying stuff, but i can never get it to come out of my mouth. we don’t have quiet sex or anything and we both know we’re satisfying each other, and he has no problem talking dirty but i’m anxious and embarrassed and can’t do much except moan. how can i ease into it or just feel more confident about it? i’m a very anxious person and talking about any feelings/wants is extremely difficult for me
