Maca Capsules
I started taking Maca capsules about 5 days after my period this month. Which was about a week and a half ago. Yesterday I started to spot with old, brown blood coming out then today I started actually bleeding. Has anyone else had Maca change their period like this? And did you keep having two periods a month or did it regulate it and keep it consistent with just one? I'm not worried, just curious. 🙂
