It started off as something cute and exciting. I’ve been ttc on and off for five years, had 2 miscarriages, had to treat a lot of underlying conditions. This is the first month I’m back in the game after more than a year trying to regulate hormones. For more than a year I couldn’t ttc without having a major risk of yet another mc. Now we finally got the green light. My husband and I had our first unprotected sex in a long time, one day before my ovulation.

And this is the weirdest cycle I’ve been having. So many symptoms - I felt for sure I was pregnant.

One of those symptoms was cramping on the lower right side of my tummy, almost on my groin? Irradiating to my leg and my back sometimes.

It was cute and exciting at first: “could this be implantation”? I felt a very similar sort of not overly unpleasant pain (on the same spot too) on my first pregnancy too.

But... Now it’s becoming quite intense and debilitating (specially at night) and I’m worried there’s something more serious behind it 😩😩 what could this be??? Help
