None of these spellings are even remotely close to the pronounciation. (In my opinion). And I'm pretty good with names lol. Only 2% of people can say my own name right :P
The only problem I see, is they all read out loud lay-anna.

You need to take out an “n” Ana has one and Anna has 2.  Layana or Leiana would be my vote. My sister spelled my nieces name Aiyanna and has regretted it ever since because people will say Ai - Anna not Ai - ona.

I would say to take out an "n" and that you spell it "Layana." My reasoning:
If you spell it "Laiana," you would most likely get people pronouncing it "Layna"
"Leiana" would cause people to pronounce it as "lee-ahna."
I think all of the spellings are beautiful. I just know how people are with names. They don't even try to get it right or try to pronounce it out when reading it. They just glance at it and leave letters out. 
I say all this because my whole name (middle and maiden included) is pronounced weird. Not once has someone said it right the first time and I always have to continually correct them. 
My name is Alaysia Masha Jaynes Fredieu. Its pronounced "uh-lace-uh" "muh-shay" "janes" "frey-doo"
Its rough having to keep correcting people, so a lot of times I answer to anything that sounds remotely like my name. Don't let your baby have to do that! It is such a beautiful name, you want people to appreciate your hard work picking it out!
