Twins? Placenta? What is this?

Can anyone tell me what this blob is at the lower right corner? I'm measuring over a month ahead( in fundal height) and have had way stronger symptoms with this pregnancy. But I couldn't imagine my tech questioning twins and not telling me. I thought maybe placenta, but it usually lies flush in ultrasounds. What is this blob?

At this point in your pregnancy twins would be able to be detected and I'm certain that no tech would let you walk out without telling you that you were carrying twins.
Im a twin momma and my scans look nothing like that - even as early as 7 weeks there were very clearly 2 babies visible on the scans

Oh and another question. You said it usually lies flush in ultrasounds.. does that mean this isn’t the first time you have seen it? If you have any other photos could you post them? Again wishing you a happy healthy pregnancy. Try not to stress. When I was pregnant I was told that they found 2 tiny cysts on my daughters brain. This made me freak out. We got a second opinion and they were no longer there. The doctor told me that they could have been a natural part of brain development like water filled cysts... my point is, we shouldn’t worry too much because that’s even worse on our unborn babies...
