Progesterone Suppositories

Hello! I had a question for those of you who are currently taking Crinone progesterone vaginal gel. So I've been taking it twice a day (morning and night) for the past 15 days. And tonight, (TMI) I was struggling to insert it. It felt like I was swollen and blocked shut. I think stressing about it and trying to push it through irritated it even more. Has this ever happened to anyone? Does it get hurt less overtime? I had to take a couple breaks from trying tonight, but finally managed to insert it and push the gel in. I'm dreading having to try again tomorrow morning.

I'm worried because they told me I'd have to continue taking the progesterone up until I'm about 11 weeks or something. I got my bfp the other day and I believe I'm 4 weeks right now. I just don't think I can handle another 7 weeks of this. It's super sore and bothersome. 😭 Should I switch to the progesterone oil injections? Has anyone tried those? Thanks in advance! XO.
