Son fell off the bed!!!

My almost 2 year old just fell off my bed in the middle of the night... he said he his head hurts so I’m assuming he hit his head.. he cried for a bit but went vack to sleep... should I be worried? Has any of your little ones taken a hard fall off the bed and been ok?
