I'm having so much trouble staying asleep. I'm so tired I can fall asleep in the middle of a sentence but I'm having a really hard time sleeping for any length of time.

This is the second night in a row I’ve woken up in the night and I wake up wide awake and lay there for a few hours🤦🏻‍♀️. Then during the day I’m tired from not sleeping good. Interested to see if tonight will be the same.

Yes!! 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ And the dreams oh my gosh. I already typically have fairy lucid dreams but this is just out of hand. The dreams are so real and intense if I’m not waking up for no reason I’m waking up from the dreams.

Me! I’ll be yawning nonstop starting around 7pm each night and have been going to sleep around 8:30-9pm lol. I’ll just fall asleep but will wake up around 3-4 am. Stay awake a few hours and fall back asleep, then wake up minutes later to my alarm for work.

I’m already exhausted and have a 16 month old. I started taking a nap when she naps the past week. But i don’t have the same issue as you, once I’m asleep I’m totally out. I wish I could sleep 12 straight hours lol

Me too! Exhausted all day then fall asleep but wake up a few hours later. 😴
