Charting help

I took Clomid Cd5-9. There are two dips in my chart that are confusing.

Also on 10/25 and 10/26 I woke up at 3am took my temp and the result is chart 1. I fell back asleep, woke up at my normal test time (6:30am), took my temp, and the result is chart 2. Which chart do I use?
